I thought September was a little too early to dive into the pumpkin recipes, but then I saw Coffee Shops already launching their pumpkin line! So of course I wanted to give you guys my clean eating version of a Pumpkin Spiced Latte! This recipe uses clean vegan ingredients so you can feel good from the inside out after sipping on this latte.
Ingredients:
2.7 Ounces Espresso (I used a double espresso from Nespresso)
2 tbs pumpkin puree
1 Cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (unsweetened)
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp maple syrup or Stevia to taste (I used liquid stevia)
Dash of Cinnamon
Directions:
In a mug, whisk together the freshly brewed hot espresso with the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and sweetener of choice.
Heat the milk on the stove top or steam the milk then and add it to the mug and stir together.
Top with vegan whipped cream (click here for recipe) and a dash of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

These flavors would also work with the Pumpkin Latte Recipe. If you use one of these coffee flavors (7.7 Ounces) instead of espresso then use 3TBS of vegan milk instead of 1 Cup.
This recipe only has 3 ingredients which makes it super simple and quick to whip up when you have a nice cream craving. Make sure you have frozen chopped bananas before starting this recipe.
