This recipe is my go-to vegan breakfast cookie recipe. Why? Itβs sugar free, has clean ingredients, super quick and easy to make, and its so healthy you can eat it for breakfast! The base of the recipe is literally TWO ingredients. It does not get more simple than that. There are so many different variations of this recipe you can make with optional add-ins, the possibilities are endless!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 Mashed Bananas (very ripe)
Optional:
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Stevia
1/3 Cup chocolate chips (enjoy life dark chocolate chips) *affiliate link
Directions:
Set oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash 2 bananas in bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Separate the dough into small balls and place on baking sheet.
Allow to bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden.
