Description:
This class will be a 60-minute workshop focused on inner and outer hips. We will start with a gentle flow and then bring our focus to deeper yin style stretches. We will cover all levels including the basics, middle splits, and even the option for foot behind the head!
Props: Yoga Strap & Blocks. If you do not have props then you can use a belt or scarf for a strap, and a pillow for a block. :)
