Description:
This 60 min class will focus on flexibility for splits and techniques for split poses. All levels. I offer options for every level including challenge poses for the advanced level. This class will include the options for split, oversplit, standing split, bird of paradise, dancer split pose, bow & arrow, and more.
Props: Yoga Strap & Blocks. If you do not have props then you can use a belt or scarf for a strap, and a pillow for a block. :)
