Description:
This class will be a 60-minute full-body vinyasa flow class. We will bend, twist, fold, and sweat! There will be options for headstand, crow, splits, and more.
Props: Yoga Strap & Blocks. If you do not have props then you can use a belt or scarf for a strap, and a pillow for a block. :)
