When: Sunday, September 19th, 2021 @ 8 am PST
What: This 60 min class will focus on strength and core for arm balances. We will practice crow, firefly, handstands, and more. All levels.
Where: Zoom
The recording will automatically be sent to you after class. (by end of day) The recording will be available for 30 days.
I recommend blocks, a strap, and a wall.
You have the option to turn your camera on so I can see you and give you corrections. If you prefer more privacy you can take the class with the camera turned off.
During the class, you will be muted. Questions can be asked in the chatbox.
