When: Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 @ 8:00am PST
What: This 60 min class will focus on handstands. All levels. We will warm up with drills for core and strength for handstands. Then we will move through different handstand variations as we practice alignment, balance, and strength. I recommend having a blank wall space to practice on.
Where: Zoom
The recording will automatically be sent to you after class. (by end of day) The recording will be available for 30 days.
Props are not required. However, I recommend blocks, a strap, and a wall.
You have the option to turn your camera on so I can see you and give you corrections. If you prefer more privacy you can take the class with the camera turned off.
During the class, you will be muted. Questions can be asked in the chatbox.
